I'm Chris and my journey has been one that I am very proud of - 6 years ago I decided enough was enough and I started to change my eating habits along with adding regular exercise. Within a couple of years I had lost 5 stone and taken part in many endurance events with my times and performance improving each time. My favourite event to date has to be 'Man vs Mountain' which involved a 22 miles run up Snowdon and approx. 15 obstacles on route.
I qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer at the end of 2016 and since then I have been running 1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions, Woodland Bootcamps and providing work out schedules. |
