1-2-1 Personal Training
45 minute sessions working on a 1-2-1 basis to ensure you are working to your full potential on your journey to reaching your goals.
These sessions can be booked session by session or as a block booking (providing you with a saving). |
Woodland Bootcamp / Circuit classes
Fun group classes focusing on improving your overall fitness.
During the summer months these are in local Woodland, making the most of the lighter nights. During the months of October to April these sessions move inside a local hall, ensuring your fitness level continues throughout the winter months. These sessions run on Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm (subject to change) |
